Maimonides' Medical Works Online aims to provide critical editions of all surviving medical works by the famous rabbi, philosopher and medical doctor Moses Maimonides (1138-1204).

Born in Muslim Spain, his career took him to Morocco and Egypt, where he became the personal physician to the famous ruler Saladin. His work was well-received both by Muslims and non-Muslims all over the Islamic world. This unique online publication brings together the translations of all Maimonides’ surviving medical works as translated and edited by Gerrit Bos and a host of other experts in the field.
